This is the first course in the Electrodynamics series. We will cover electrostatics, magnetostatics, electric fields in matter, and magnetic fields in matter. We will solve Laplace equations, boundary-value problems. We will use methods of images, separation of variables, expansion of Green Functions, multipole expansions, and many other mathematical techniques. Before taking this course, one must have studied introductory calculus-based classical mechanics, vector calculus, ordinary differential equations, and partial differential equations.
